I got a bit hooked on creating these types of plans in October when I was working with a very keen PGCE student (who has just this week secured her 1st teaching job! – Very proud!).
This plan is designed to help PGCE students examine the areas repeatedly highlighted in observations as areas to improve.
Help plan actions that will see them meet the training standards and improve classroom practice.
