Having introduced two major action research projects to our staff this year;

Collaborative learning project
Tablet computer project

I’ve found it useful to jot down a very simplistic ‘check list’ or ‘reminder list’ to help staff involved keep their projects manageable.

In defense I mean ‘simplistic’ in its presentation, rather than in the projects being explored as I am convinced that these projects will (together) prove a powerful basis for many ICT/teaching and learning decisions our school (and others) make over coming years.
