You know those colour swatches you can pick up in DIY stores? Well, here’s another use for them in your classroom! This is about building up the written expression of understanding and challenging learners to use stronger vocabulary in their explanations. The colour swatches refer to the vocabulary you wish learners to use. The deeper or stronger the colour, the stronger, better or more challenging the vocabulary.
