A new term is on the horizon, what’s your challenges?

For me there is a very busy two 1/2 terms ahead, coursework and exam prep being at the forefront of my thoughts for the most part!

Aside from those challenges I am setting myself some personal pedagogy based challenges to support my professional practice.

Will you be doing the same?

My four personal pedagogy challenges are:

1. Use more stickers to engage learners in activities
2. More frequent use of purple pens for reflection activities
3. Use more ‘top end’ Blooms key words to challenge more capable learners
4. Build more peer an self assessment in to lessons
