In seriousness, though, I too think it’s great when students aren’t embarrassed by their lack of understanding. In fact, I think one of the biggest and most important challenges that we teachers have is creating a classroom environment where students realize that learning thrives on failure.

It’s so important to inspire questioning isn’t it? Even if finding an unusual answer is the outcome! : )
