Meetings, meetings, more meetings
A new skill, meetings, no really attending or running them requires skills!
Organising before running a meeting, sending out an agenda (I add ‘actions before meeting’ to help people attending understand what they should bring to the meeting for example) and even attending requires careful though and a good pen and note book!
