Grade or don’t grade?
Grading debate.
There’s a lot of talk online at the moment about Ofsted grading individual lessons during inspections, you can read more on this HERE and HERE.
What’s your opinion?
Should they grade individual lessons? Should it just be a whole school grading? Do you like being graded? When I brought this up this morning at my school there were mixed opinions, some staff said they actually like being graded!
