Popplet.com Mind Maps…
Interesting little site for creating mind maps and then sharing them!
I can’t remember how I found this: popplet, but i re-discovered it buried in my bookmarks last night! Worth a look.
Created mind maps can be shared via email and other social tools, and also embedded into a website or blog.
Learning possibilities:
All sorts of research work with groups from KS3 upwards!
Students can add images, links and text to the creative pages, which are then shared and navigated by simple clicks.
Think BTEC tasks which it might be used for, or a homework investigation task that might be reinvigorated by the use of new tech!
Not only, but also…
Popplet iPad app is getting great reviews!
I haven’t tried it yet, but will soon and will put up a review asap!
